French public road operator DIR Sud-Ouest (South West Road Directorate) calls on Neovya Hubsim to assess the measures of the Toulouse Traffic Management Master Plan.
The DIR Sud-Ouest is responsible for managing the Toulouse Traffic Management Master Plan on behalf of the French State, in partnership with Toulouse Métropole (city authority), Vinci Autoroutes (motorways concessionaire) and Tisséo (public transport operator). One of the objectives of the agglomeration is to improve the reliability of the road network for all users by limiting hazards and recurring congestion while improving user safety.
The Neovya Hubsim platform has been selected for the dynamic simulation of traffic on the entire network.
