Neovya is proud to announce the launch of the DIAMOND project,

a collaborative R&D initiative supported by the French State

and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region

as part of the France 2030 programme

and the regionalized i-Démo call for projects.

The DIAMOND project is a winner of the regionalized i-Démo call for projects in the Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes region with the DIAMOND project, a collaborative R&D initiative aimed at developing AI-based decision-support tools for more decarbonized mobility.

The project aims to address the emerging mobility use cases faced by territories and public authorities: shared mobility, electromobility, adaptation of infrastructure to new mobility patterns, as well as resource constraints and environmental challenges. DIAMOND also seeks to strengthen the ability to anticipate the impacts of mobility projects, particularly regarding environmental and health externalities, in order to support more informed public decision-making.

The DIAMOND project

DIAMOND introduces a new generation of decision-support tools for public authorities and mobility stakeholders by combining:

  • innovative mobility measurement technologies,

  • advanced multi-source data fusion methods,

  • and modelling and simulation tools designed to diagnose, anticipate and assess mobility policies.

The project relies on territorial experimentations and the deployment of a regional demonstrator in Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes to test the developed solutions under real-world conditions and address concrete ecological transition challenges.

A project driven by a complementary consortium

The DIAMOND project is based on a consortium bringing together three partners with complementary and widely recognized expertise in France.

NEOVYA Mobilité by Technology– Project coordinator

Neovya is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the project, as well as the interface with funding authorities. The company leads the work on data fusion, mobility systems modelling, and the development of decision-support tools integrated into the DIAMOND demonstrator.

ALYCE– Industrial partner

ALYCE contributes its expertise in mobility flow measurement, intelligent sensors and AI-based data analytics, helping produce detailed and innovative data on public-space usage.

ENTPE– Academic partner

ENTPE contributes scientific expertise in data fusion, traffic modelling and applied research, ensuring the methodological robustness and scientific quality of the work carried out within the project.
